2016 Rate Changes - Effective January 1, 2016, our new rates are as follows:

Water Flat Rate:  $25.00 - (No Change)

Water Usage:  Increased from $9.00 to $10.00 per thousand gallons used

Sewage Rate:  Increased from $54.50 to $57.50

Inactive Sewage Charge:  $25.00 per month

Please note that the breakdown of your bill has also changed for accounting purposes.  The line item on your bill titled "Water Usage" equals the flat fee of $10.75 (which is the amount that it costs ICMSA to produce your water) plus your usage (the number of thousand gallons used times $10.00 per thousand).   The line item on your bill titled "Water Service" ($14.25) is the cost of providing service; including administration and debt service.  The line item on your bill titled "Sewer" ($32.50) is the amount it costs ICMSA to treat the sewage you are producing.  The line item on your bill titled "Sewer Service" ($25.00) is the amount it costs ICMSA to provide sewer service; including administration and debt service.
